No, it isn't! I don't know why this question is asked because nobody said something about LSB and Listaller. It would be great if IPK would become an LSB or Freedesktop standard, but at time Listaller is beta software, IPK is experimental and maybe not appropriate to become a standard. We'll see if the Listaller experiment is successfull. There are no plans to make IPK become an standard Linux format.
